We verify your payment, transfer it to the school’s ZB account and confirm to you.

School fees FAQs
How long until the school receives the money?
We verify every EcoCash payment against our agent statement, then transfer to the school’s ZB Bank account, normally the same or next working day. You will get a confirmation on the number you gave us.
What if I enter the wrong ZB Bank account number?
Contact us immediately on +263 718 115 419 with your reference number. If we have not paid the school yet, we can correct it before transferring.
Can I pay for more than one student?
Yes. Make a separate EcoCash payment and submit a separate form for each student, so each payment has its own transaction ID and reference.
How do I check progress?
Use the track page with your reference number and the mobile number you entered on the form.
Why do you need my ID number?
For your protection, and to meet anti-money-laundering requirements, we record who made each payment. Your details are stored securely and are used only to process and support this transaction.
